Business Enterprise Support are the first SFEDI Centre to gain approval as a Centre of Excellence in both Business Support and Enterprise Development.

BES holds quality and continuous improvement at the forefront of all of its business systems. Their business systems incorporate a range of recognised standards which includes Matrix, Investor in People, the principles of the Adult Learning Inspectorate Common Inspection Framework (ALI), and EFQM, all of which are driven by a system operated through ISO 9001:2000. Following their ALI inspection in 2004, BES had the distinction of being awarded the highest level of grade one, being one of only two self employment providers to hold this grade in the Country. As part of our continuous improvement policy, they are embarking upon embedding the newly recognised Customer First standard.
