Elsa Caleb is the founder and Managing Director of ECJ Associates, a business consultancy specialising in delivering business development and support to SMEs. She has over 15 years of experience in business consultancy spanning numerous business sectors.
Elsa is an experienced self-motivated business professional, who has demonstrated and built confidence, objective thinking and sound judgement within various organisations throughout her career. She is a Business Adviser with a proven track record in giving advice and guidance to small businesses undergoing the development planning process, and a confident trainer in the areas of business start-up courses, business growth and training Business Advisers.
She holds a number of professional memberships, including the Small Business Council (SBC), Women’s Enterprise Panel, Business Crime Committee of the Home Office, Chair of the Institute of Business Consulting (London Region) where she is a fellow. She is currently a fellow at RSA.
Elsa was awarded the Woman of the Year Award 2005 for Social Enterprise and the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners Award for Training in 1999.
