A very warm welcome to A4e.
I
founded A4e in 1986 because I wanted to provide training and
opportunity for the people made unemployed by the decline of the steel
industry in Sheffield. I wanted to be a part of a company that made a
difference to people's lives and from these humble origins we have
built a company that now helps thousands of people across the world.
Our passion, commitment and drive to improve people's lives over the
past two decades, in everything that we do, is what has turned A4e
into the successful international organisation it is today. We pride
ourselves in helping people and organisations access high quality
training, employment and advice, doing whatever we can to drive social
change and provide opportunity. We do things the right way, not the
easy way. Doing well by doing good.
I'm proud to lead an organisation that helps so many people in so many ways and really does improve people’s lives.
