As part of the one-stop-shop approach to supporting work in six key pan sector areas in the UK, the Council for Administration will be acting as the lead partner alongside SFEDI and the following organisations: CFE Research and Consulting, the National Centre for Languages (CILT), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Customer First, Direct Selling Association (DSA), the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM), the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), the Institute of Professional Administration (IPA), The Performance Group Ltd (TPGL) and the Trades Union Congress (TUC).

Within the partnership, SFEDI will provide specialist knowledge and expertise for four key areas of work, including developing National Occupational Standards, undertaking Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) research, overseeing pan sector Apprenticeships, and developing and implementing qualification strategies covering Enterprise and Business Support.

Additionally, SFEDI will continue to work with stakeholders from across the UK, including Sector Skills Councils (SSCs), awarding organisations, employer organisations and the public sector. This will ensure that top quality standards and qualifications will be delivered, to meet the needs of all those thinking about, starting or running their own enterprise and those who support them across the UK.
