SFEDI National Quality Moderator
SFEDI Enterprises is looking to recruit a National Moderator to take responsibility for the quality assurance of our Regional Offices and Centres of Excellence in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The role of the National Quality Moderator (NQM) is
to:
- Act as the principle link between SFEDI and Regional Offices and SFEDI Approved Centres
- Monitor the quality of endorsed programmes and qualifications being offered by SFEDI Centres of Excellence to ensure that they are being conducted according to the terms agreed in the approval document.
- Monitor the Regional Offices to ensure that they are operating according to the terms agreed in the Regional Office Manual.
- Prepare applications to the appropriate awarding bodies for centre and additional programme approval and endorsement of programmes
- Gain approval from a range of awarding bodies and liase with Awarding Body External Verifiers
- Manage the development and delivery of quality training for Regional Office and Centre staff
The SFEDI National Quality Moderator will be expected
to act as an ambassador for SFEDI and as SFEDI’s representative it is important
that they can demonstrate:
- Experience of working with business support and/or enterprise standards
- Experience of approving and quality assuring organisations against a quality standard preferably through working with an Awarding Body.
- Qualifications in External Verification or equivalent
- Experience of preparing Awarding Body applications for centre approval.
SFEDI Enterprises would offer this position based on a
minimum of 24 days per annum. Remuneration is negotiable dependant on
experience and availability.
